I was sitting on a small brick wall at the end of Platform 2 waiting for the 08.01 hrs train to London. The main station entrance was closed for some reason, forcing a steady flow of commuters onto a metre wide path that ran beside me. I was clearly visible and there was enough room and yet people behaved as if I wasn't there and I got bumped into, brushed and generally mashed.

A thought came to me ......
if I was a pile of dog s**t,
I would be afforded more respect
